Worst experience ever. While in the store I asked a female about seeing a shoe that was on sale in a specific size, she said they did not have it, however i asked if it could be ordered because ived done that before, and she responded by saying that i could go to the vans store and that they would have it. Clearly she did not want to work or make any business.

I’m going to give this place 2 stars… Staff is cool when they helping make a sale but offer VIP card and I get it and yet my points are never applied to my card, do they just scan the barcode for fun…

Store states it opens at 9am. Came straight from working an overnight shift. 930 am and the manager comes out assuming I’m there for a pair of Jordans. He stated the following We don’t have Jordan 4s!. Never bothered to ask how can I help you. Stated the store opened at 10. Which is perfectly fine. It seemed he was annoyed I was there early. I was looking to buy some sneakers for my neice who’s 5 for her birthday. Poor service. I didnt even want to shop.
