I would like to say I apologize for not getting some of their names. This particular Foot Locker is by far my daughter’s favorite place to shop. We are always greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to help.My daughter is a savvy 11yr old, with that being said. I allowed her to check out the Foot Locker on the third floor while I was on the first floor at Galleria Mall Dentistry. While I was waiting for the dentist to come back in the room my daughter had sent me a text showing me a pair of sneakers that she liked that were on sale for $110.00 and they had her size. She knew they fit because the young lady that assisted her, sized her and allowed her to try them on. I told her to come back downstairs that I was almost done with my appointment and our meter was going to run out but when I was finished I agreed to go up stairs and check out these sneakers that my daughter did all the leg work for. I was so impressed with my daughter’s ability to articulate to the staff member what she wanted I had to by them. I was equally impressed with that staff member for not running my 9yr old (at the time) out of the store since she wasn’t accompanied by an adult. Not only was my daughter not run out she was treated and helped with dignity and respect. I’ve been meaning to tell this story for the past 2 yrs. This is the only place I buy and will continue to buy sneakers for myself and daughter.
