We devote aisles of space to international and mainstream groceries, a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy/frozen items and a custom meat-cutting department. In most of our stores we also offer a deli, bakery and a full-service fish market. Our stores are located in many different neighborhoods, each filled with numerous vibrant ethnicities and nationalities and their corresponding cultures and flavors which we cater to.

Very good place to satisfy most of your grocery needs. Prices are quit reasonable. I don’t have any complaints, but I’d like it if they carried more zero, not diet soft drinks.. flavored Dr pepper, coke Pepsi ECT….bit again overall, a great supermarket.

I went in to pick up a few items for myself and my child, everything was fine until i got to the register. The cashier scanned my items and I noticed a discrepancy in prices for the same product just different type (Crystal Farms shredded cheese vs Crystal Farms chunk cheese) I went back to get the proper sign (as I was a former cashier and signage placement associate for a different company) i showed her the sale sign and pointed out the date and wording of the sign. I was totally in the right. The cashier as well as the front end supervisor both confused the word ‘shredded’ for cheedar and insisted that the flavor of the chunk cheese was the problem. Instead of correcting their error they doubled down on their ignorance and tried to give me a different flavor that i wouldn’t use in my recipe. Still determined to get my items i told my son to get an additional cheese,the shredded kind, that rang up for the sale price and realized their choice was to try and cheat me but it was my choice to spend my money there and accept it. So, i left. Fyi this is the store at 161st mall in the Bronx. And as usual the front end cashier (tall African lady who I’ve never seen wear a name badge) had a nasty attitude especially for someone who was wrong and illiterate. To be honest, I wanted to go to a different location but I also realized that although the cashiers were at fault, it’s the company that lets them get away with behaving that way. So it was a no for me.

I had an amazing cashier, register 12. I’m very particular on how my groceries are sorted n let her know. Well, she listened as she stacked them on the counter neatly n by products making the transfer to my shopping cart smooth. All this with a wonderful smile. That’s what I call great customer service!!!
