One is able to purchase with Mexican pesos. But unfortunately all they ask is are sure you want this? Instead of this question they should make a statement that paying with foreign currency is a final purchase. It should also be posted with the exchange rate. Lesson learned. Make money exchange at a local bank or San Ysidro money exchange kiosks.

This place can get pretty busy but have very fair prices and do a good job of keeping everything stocked up. They play some cool songs inside the store as well, so that is always a bonus.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my last visit. The cashier (“head cashier as I was told”) treated me very poorly. I asked for 200 cash back during my Transaction and she very rudely denied me the cash back after I had been charged and had me waiting for a 1/2 hour never to resolve the issue so I finally found a manager on my own. Her name was Mayra GShe was making it seem like I was the issue when from the beginning she was the one who gave an attitude and mumbling words under her breath and got upset when I told her that wasn’t necessary to be doing that. She made the issue bigger than it was when all she could have done was reached out to a manager to get the money or simply refunded me.
