City of Fontana residents may drop off common household hazardous waste items. Residents must bring a copy of their Burrtec trash bill. DO BRING: Used motor oil, oil filters, household cleaners, weed killers, paints, paint thinners, chemical drain cleaners, expired medications, batteries, fluorescent light tubes, and sharps. LIMIT: 15 gallons or 125 lbs. per trip. NOT ACCEPTED: Business waste, explosives, asbestos, radioactive wastes. Please contact 909-350-6789 with any questions about the types of wastes accepted.
