Ordered a grill package from this company and had to pay in full before the product would ship. Grill package came incomplete and 3-4 months late which pushed back the completion date of our clients project. Sergio said he would send the missing parts but they never came. Spent almost $9,000.00 and never received a refund for the missing parts, we had to order them from another company. Sergio will not answer phone calls, texts, or emails.This company communicates well until they get your money. Would not recommend doing business with them.
