On 4/20/21 at 2:25 in the afternoon I told the hispanic man in black pullover sweater that both machines with organic Sumatra coffee were not working and he just rang me up for the coffee I didn’t really want at full price. He didn’t attempt to make it right in any way. He did not say he was sorry and told no one and continued doing nothing behind the counter.

I was just at the Flying J off of ex 42 in Pecos,TX Store Number 736. I had to deal with a very very very rude employee named Simon. He basically did not want to do his job. I asked him to simply scan in a lottery slip but he lied and said cooperate told their employees not to touch or deal with lottery slips anymore, that we have to use the machine which is a out right lie. I could understand if the store was packed but no one was inside the store except me and 1 other individual which was also complaining about the machine not working properly. If you do not want to do your job, why come to work. There are lots of unfortunate people today that wish that they had a job and would be grateful to have it.
