Bad management. No shower available. Manager shutdown the shower because there wasn’t anybody to clean it. She said I am sorry, nothing I can do for you. I can’t leave the desk and leave my coworker alone to go clean the showers. As I understand, in case the janitor doesn’t show is the manager’s job to do what needs to be done. Sorry was the answer I got. Saying that you are sorry won’t get me showered, sorry won’t make me feel refreshed and have a good night of rest. This is so disrespectful to the professional drivers… but unfortunately that’s how Pilot Flying J shows appreciation for drivers as they use to say, they are not able to keep their promises and offer the drivers a clean and nice hot shower (as they advertise). Shame Flying J Store #725. So professional drivers, I suggest you to avoid this location.

Friendly staff great coffee good food. Plenty of truck parking, about 200 spaces some reserved some free. A Denny’s to sit down and eat or plenty of hot food to go. Clean restrooms and showers. They do sell beer at this location.

Guess it’s not always great at this flying hook. I asked if that was all the breakfast items hoped she would say more be coming. But, not her she stated what you can’t see. So I paid for my over priced coffee an drove to the love’s way service with a smile at Mickie d.
