Waited 20 minutes to be helped as I stood right next to the flower fridge and countless employees walked by without acknowledging me. The roses in the fridge looked good as they were being picked for other customers. However the woman that helped me grabbed my dozen from the back and looked nothing like the ones in the fridge. I had the flowers wrapped and didn’t see them until I got home. Bait and switch on Valentines day just great. Make sure you watch them pick your flowers or they will look like the ones in these pics. Not cool guys.
