The installers arrived when planned. Both had masks! and practiced social distancing. The install of the new carpet pad was quick, efficient and timely. They even restretched my carpet when laying it back down. It was fairly new Florcraft carpet and was not damaged with the flood I had, just the pad.Only one thing was left undone. I wish they would have put my baseboard heater back together. I did not notice until they had left. The endcap was left off and more importantly the middle hook holding the faceplate was not reinstalled. I found both on the mantel of the fireplace. With the help of my son and Central Plumbing I was able to fix the faceplate back to it’s original position. Florcraft was willing to come out and check on it, but I was able to fit it myself. 🙂 I will continue to use Florcraft as my flooring choice!!
