I received the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Ebony was my cashier and she went above and beyond! She patiently helped me with a large purchase, and also voluntarily offered to call to other locations to help me find additional tile I needed. She saved me a couple of trips searching. She was so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. It was refreshing to meet someone who really cares about a customer and their job. I hope she gets the commendation from the company that she deserves!

Alicia in Wood flooring is outstanding. Far and above any other sales staff in ANY other store, and we’ve been to many in our search. She made the selection process so much better. She knows the products well, understood what we were looking for and did all the research to locate every option.Floor & Decor has a great products and pricing, but the shopping/buying experience is vastly different with a great sales person.
