So happy to have a Fleet Feet in Madison! This store is brand new with lots of space. They have a huge selection of shoes, inserts and clothing. We were quite impressed with the technology they use to 3D map your feet called Volumental. Everyone was very friendly but be prepared to wait to be helped if you visit during peak hours. Make sure you sign up for the rewards! You get a $15 credit for every $150 you spend. They also accept Apple Pay!

Needed a new pair of shoes for running and lifting. They really took the time to figure out whats best for my feet, tried 4 different pairs of shoes and felt really comfortable in the second pair, which were Diadora’s. The lady helping me really watched how my feet moved when I tried running up and down the store floor to see how they felt. They had everything else I needed and are much closer than going over the mountain to the other store.When I need new shoes I will definitely be back:)

I never write reviews but after the service I had, it would be a crime not to. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They measured my feet using their cutting edge equipment and brought out plenty of shoes to try on until I found the perfect fit. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
