The staff there seems well informed with a key focus on customer service. I much prefer the Airport Road location. Their efforts to evaluate my correct shoe size resulted in one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. I returned with an issue with a purchase which was addressed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them.

Dana helped me out tremendously today! My doctor told me I had plantar fasciitis and I came here for help. Dana knew exactly how to help me and was super patient. She let me try on several shoes, talked about inserts for the shoes I already have, and talked about the importance of stretching. I ended up getting some slippers to use indoors and within a day my feet are already feeling better. If your feet are in pain let them help you!

Everyone was really friendly, but I have an anxiety disorder, and I have never been so overwhelmed by forced social interaction and so close to a panic attack so fast in my entire life. The format of this store is grossly ableist. I just want the option to shop on my own, and I wasn’t given that. I won’t be coming back.
