Experience was great. We brought my 9-year old son in to get his feet sized. He loved the foot scan technology. The salesman was super friendly and suggested we get a women’s shoe since my son’s feet were too big for kid shoes but not big enough for men’s shoes. The shoes he suggested fit perfectly and my son was super happy.

I cannot recommend this local store enough! Diego was the best! He really took the time to explain the needs of our feet and what parts of the shoe met each feature. He really knew a lot and was so kind! I will recommend this store to anyone in the Bay Area. We had a great experience. The foot scan was so helpful and I found out more than I knew I needed to know about my feet!

Staff was super nice. Limited capacity was enforced which I appreciate. I was welcomed in and asked what I was looking for. I said I wanted to try on a specific brand of shoes so she asked me my size and I told her. They have a machine that scans your feet so I used that to confirm my size and she brought me a pair to try on. They even said I could go outside to run and see how they feel. Didn’t end up purchasing today but they have a great 60-day return policy so I will be back soon to pick out a pair. Highly recommend
