Great customer service. Nice staff. Clean store. Highly recommend!I visited this store for the first time today with my cousin who was interested in buying a new pair of running shoes. We weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for. A salesman Corey greeted us and explained their process for helping customers find their perfect shoe. He was not pushy like a normal salesman and didn’t rush us.He assessed my cousins walk and running style and then used the “fit id” tool to take measurements of his feet. After trying on two pair of shoes recommended by Corey, my cousin fell in love with the second pair and purchased them. The shoe was also available in different colors which was nice. The prices are comparable to other stores.

I have never had a bad experience here. The associates are kind and extremely knowledgeable and have helped me find a great shoe for running each time I go in. It’s a great location, although a small building and tight parking spaces. They have a great selection and I’ve been able to find great shoes and fantastic deals here. The scanning technology to analyze your foot is worth visiting even if you don’t buy shoes! They have tons of clothes, socks, and anything you could need for running. This store is a runner’s paradise!

Despite getting there about 10 min to close, we were not rushed at all, and had a wonderful experience! Eddy was fantastic, as was everyone else there. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, and taught us a lot about running. He was very precise in his evaluation of my husband’s gait – impressively so. Even noticing that his right foot had a slight dip (probably not the correct term, but I’m not the runner lol). He made great recommendations, and we left absolutely thrilled! You’ve made lifelong customers out of us. Thank you Eddy, and the Fleet Feet team!
