I had an excellent experience at Fix Auto Daly City. They were great at communicating the repairs they planned to do, and providing status updates. I was in a sticky situation because I had a long-planned trip but they needed more time after they found more damages. After telling them of my plans, they surprised me by prioritizing my car so that it could be fixed in time for my trip. This saved me hundreds of dollars on my rental, so I am very appreciative.
