I purchased bunk beds about a year ago. The wood is very sturdy compared to other places we went to. They didn’t have the color we wanted so they ordered them for us. We tried separating the beds recently & couldn’t figure out how, we went into the store & the guy was very helpful. He showed my husband exactly how to do it on a different set because the ones were purchased we no longer in the show room.

What a bad experience. I bought a bed like an 6 months ago and my bed broke in one side i went tonthe store. I Talked to the guy i guess the owner, i told him My bed is broke on one side and ira not even a six months but im still willing to pay t fox it if you can send someone to fix it. He agreed and told me he will charge $70+ and i told him ok I’ll pay you to fix my bed. Now i have been calling every day but hes not answering or calling me back. I don’t think you can do business like that. I’ll tell everyone not to go thrre or buy any furniture from them. If I could I would give the 0 ratings.
