I was not happy with the customer service. I understand that we are in a pandemic, but that shouldn’t mean that you don’t provide customer service. The older woman at the register needs training in customer service. She left my items that I purchased on the counter, I asked her for a bag, her response was oh they use to give out bags but now they’re 10 cents.. I said okay….and she put her hand out for the 10 cents. I placed a dime in her hand and she just put the bag on top of my 6 items and walked away. Wow, I wanted to say aren’t you going to put the items in the bag? But I didn’t. Very disappointed in the service. I have added a picture of my receipt.

I had a very nice time at 5 and Below the other day. Lindsey the cashier was very nice and professional.She made my experience much better.My only complaint… not having to do with employees: would be the choice of music in the store.I would highly recommend this store.
