First People’s Jewelers was extremely helpful in helping me pick out an engagement ring, a very serious event in my life. They walked me through the entire process, showed me an array of options, and made feel very at ease with such a major decision. To say they are great at taking care of the customer is an understatement. I had the pleasure of working with Brooke, who was extremely thorough, friendly , and not pushy at all. She was very helpful in working within my budget. It was a joy to have intricate details explained with incredible patience to a newbie like myself, a major value of going to a family-owned store as opposed to a big box retailer. I have gone back several times to pick out gift items for my mother’s birthday and my sister’s graduation. It’s safe to say I’m a life long customer now.Now all I have to do is pop the question!
