Terrible Management!!! I went it for a simple flat fix just after 8 AM opening time. I was told they would not do my flat because they’re “too busy” but there nobody around! Never have received such blatant disregard for my needs, hardly glanced my way while telling me I was on my own. I only came here because it was open an hour earlier than others. This places reputation precedes it and I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Literally anywhere else, Big Brand Tire, Av Tire, even Brakemasters are better than these chumps.

I took my 2016 Honda Accord there because the Ventura store was temporarily closed. I needed routine service and low tire light was on. On inspection they told me I needed a new tire. While they were able to get the tire right away when I left the station my tire light was still on. I turned around to tell them and the guy who was working on my car seemed bothered and said I just need to drive it and it will reset after 20 miles. So a week later it’s still on. I called and they said I have to bring it back to reset. Thank god for YouTube. He could have easily reset it for me he just didn’t want to help
