Kept my jeep for a week and a half. In the end they did not fix the problem. I was then charged 900.00.for an alignment and my vehicle was still not completely fixed. I don’t think I will use again. I really was not happy as to how long my jeep was there nor was I happy to pay 900.00 for a half finished job. I took my jeep to a different shop a few days later. 2 hours and 120.00 and my jeep was great. I’m not using again. You can make up your own mind.

Louis was very helpful when I called to get a same day appointment for the purchase of 4 tires, front end alignment and oil change. I had to go back a couple of times because my car displayed ‘tire pressure low’, both times the staff members were very helpful and worked hard to correct the issue. The last time, I knocked on the front door as the store had just closed, Patrick graciously went above and beyond to resolve the issue, which required him to stay late. This was especially helpful since I live 3+ hours away and a repeat trip would have been incredibly inconvenient. I highly recommend this establishment, not only because they are capable and well stocked, but because their customer service is outstanding!
