I went on Sunday, May 9th to get a vehicle inspection. I was told my backup light was burned out and it would not pass. It would cost around $70 to replace the bulb, labor, and inspection. I said I couldn’t afford that. She looked in the computer and found a cheaper one for $28 plus the inspection. I said I would check with my husband and get back with her. I had to pay $7 for the inspection. My husband said the bulb is around $6. I took my truck to Slicks Oil Change by Academy. They replaced the bulb for $7. I do Not recommend Firestone.

My first experience here was great. Nick helped us with a new tire due to a flat, very accomadating. I am new to the area and decided this would be a great place for oil changes. I made an appointment for an oil change, took off work early, was there on time to be told they were short handed and one person was at lunch although it was 3:30, and that there were others with appointments ahead of me. I was told it was well over an hour wait. I said I could not wait an hour just to start the oil change so I made an appointment the next day at 3:00. Took off work again got there, asked how long and I got the same told to me that they only had two people and one was at lunch at others that had an appointment were ahead of me. Why make the second appointment if you know you are going to go through the same situation as the day before. I was very upset and the person at the counter did not deal with the situation very well at all. I will not let this happen a 3rd time so I choose not to go back to this location.
