Literally got told I could not have an alignment done if there was any play. My tie rods are not new but they are still good and able to be adjusted. You do not adjust camber, caster or toe from just tie rods. They just wont do it unless they can sell you the parts also. That’s the game. An alignment is done because over time you get slack or play as he called it. Also new tires and whatnot affects that as well. You ABSOLUTELY CAN do an alignment because that is the exact reason you get one! You dont buy new tie rods every time.

The staff at this location were nice but they failed to warranty the work that the Bastrop location did as I was told would occur! Thousands of dollars wasted!!!UPDATE: I sent a letter to Firestone Corp. with more details, as they requested. So far – NO RESPONSE! Sent it again yesterday!
