I brought my car to them late on Tuesday afternoon with a problem with one of my tires which caused the vehicle to be unsafe to drive. Even at the late hour, the Store Manager: Jay was so very kind, patient and helpful. He researched if I had Road Hazard insurance and spoke to me about all my options. He and his Technician: Phil could not have been more amazing. They took the vehicle into the shop, changed out the tire, balanced the new tire and made sure that the vehicle was safe and everything was aligned properly. I am a loyal customer to the Albany Central Ave Fire Stone, and now I am most certainly a new loyal customer of the Troy Fire Stone On Congress Street. I honestly would recommend Fire Stone to everyone based on the experiences I have had at both the Central Avenue location and the Congress Street location. Professional, Honest, kind and they get the work done correctly the first time!!!!!

Needed a patch on one tire and after waiting over two hours for service, they refused to patch it and tried to sell me two new ones, claiming the tread on the edges was worn down. I might have fallen for it if I hadn’t JUST taken it in for service a week earlier somewhere else who told me my tread was fine. Wasted a whole afternoon on my wife and my anniversary. Awful.
