Please don’t buy from here. We had them install a fireplace insert. From day one it will smoke just about every time you use it. Just like one of the other customers review. When they did come out it was said just about we were doing something wrong.We have not use this fireplace but a total of about less than 10 time since last March. Now they are saying we need to have it clean. You should only clean a fireplace once a year with a lot if use. The fireplace cap constantly get clogged. I requested another capped. But was told no because that cap is what recommended for the fireplace. However it constantly clogging up. It is not feasible for my husband to jump on top of the roof each time the cap clog So I am going to get another company come out and see if it can be replace and what the real problem is. We paid too much not to use this insert and have all these problems when still in warranty. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend this company to anyone. We have a fireplace in every house we live in and have NEVER had these issues

Don’t buy from this place. You could probably walk around all day and never be waited on. If you do buy don’t let someone else put it in cause they will say it’s the other person’s fault. Well ours is faulty and it will be a week or two before they can come check on it. So I bought a gas log fireplace then paid a plumber to install now have to pay the fireplace business to come and check this out. How many times do I have to pay for a fireplace that is over priced?
