Was looking for a pair of Adidas shoes which they had, but when it came to customer service I could not get no help. A few of the associate were standing on the benches talking of future plans and how one of them just had a baby….congratulations! When some one worthy of helping would ask the guys standing on the benches for a pair of shoes they would holler back to the associates working behind the counter for the size shoe to be brought out. After waiting 20+ minutes I took a shoe to the associate and asked if he had a size 12, he shook his head no and stayed on the bench. Sad I choose shopping online then then going to a store due to this reason.
Old School
No sauce no bueno I’d rather wear my house shoes. Someone help the person that orders the shoes step it up a notch. I drive to Dallas its mor variety. Staff is cool but the shoes just ugly.
