We went to this store on 12/21/20 @ approx. 7:30 pm & received the best customer service.We were greeted as we walked thru the door & the associate that helped us was the BEST!Travis was very knowledgeable on his shoes that he sold. That is very impressive to me. My son is a DM and started out in High School doing the same thing as what Travis does.We were very impressed by the Great attitude and customer service skills he has.If your every in that area go in that store and Travis will help you get just what you are looking for!!

My boyfriend and I came in for a quick purchase of a pack of socks. We were promptly greeted by a friendly associate at the front. After grabbing what we needed and getting to the register we were greeted by the cashier with a passive and almost annoyed “what’s your email”. After some typing, in the same tone “what’s your name”. Another associate came behind the counter and proceeded to have a non-work related conversation with our cashier. She gave us our total, threw our item into a bag, and pushed it towards us. Through the entire transaction we were spoken to only three times (asking for email and name, and giving us our total). Through none of this were we greeted with a “hello”, “how’s your day”, or “thank you have a good one”. She never even looked up at us.In so many words, she was extremely rude, never explained why she needed the email and name (I’m assuming for a rewards program), and was having a conversation with another associate about nothing pertaining to work while we were being rung up.I’m currently a key holder at a clothing store so I have seen some fairly awful cashiers, both as an employee and a customer. As someone who works in retail I do not take negative reviews lightly, but this was by far the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had.This was not incompetence, it was a bitter dislike for her job. I honestly would have preferred if this cashier messed up everything in our transaction. That way she would have at least tried. I understand that one associate does not define the entire store, however having a cashier who has no cares for her job, her store, or her customers, it’s difficult to shake that negativity off.
