This Finish Line in the Irving Mall shows the worst customer service and character out of any in the country. I purchased a pair of Jordans in February. Went through a traumatic natural disaster and needed to return the shoes. The employee stated they were final sale, which was never communicated to me EVER upon purchase. I asked the employees name to file a formal complaint and he refused to provide. I asked for the managers name and he made up 3 different names on the spot, refusing to give me a final answer. He told me to call customer service. I did, and they apologized stating the store should have returned the shoe, and that the employee was out of line. I filed a complaint against the store with corporate, though I doubt anything will come of it. If this location would have simply honored the return, showing outstanding morals and character, this review would be the opposite of what is being conveyed. Not only did I spend a lot of money at this location in 2020, I raved about Finish Line as a business entirely. Now, I will never do business here again. Finish Line, you should be absolutely ashamed.

I placed am order to be picked up and I called to see if my order was ready because it’s been a while already. The person who answers says I can’t get my order today because they haven’t got to online orders because they are short handed. I need that for a birthday gift and the dude says I have to wait till tomorrow!!!
