This is a great sneaker chain. This particular store is great too. Never had an issue here and I’ve been shopping there since I was the GM of Nathan’s (worked there 99-07). Years ago foot action/locker were the places to go but finish line is definitely the better brand I think. Online shopping is flawless. In store use of after pay. Fully staffed, never have issues being able to find competent assistance. Staff always friendly, engaging, clean cut, well mannered. Never had a bad employee experience either. The young girl who helped me tonight was helpful and accommodating and in my opinion went above and beyond to help with my shoe exchange. Not a bad thing to say about this place.
