I received a wall-hung toilet bowl last year (2020) while I was renovating. However, because of the pandemic, I didn’t get it installed until January (2021). After installation, the plumber told me there was a leak from inside of the bowl. I reached out to fine fixtures to let them know that there was a problem with the bowl since they have a one-year warranty. Mendy was very professional as he asked for proof which I provided. They sent me a new bowl which is now working and it was delivered within 3days. I will purchase from them again. Thank you, Mendy!

It was my desire to create a bathroom in a small area next to a study hall that gave the feeling of being spacious and elegant, one where someone needing to get away and clear their head could go and relax. I searched for hours on-line until I came across a line of beautiful bathroom vanities by Fine Fixtures. Their pieces were simple, understated, modern and eye-catching. I wanted a high-end piece and I didn’t want to pay a fortune. This was the one company that met all of my requirements. I only hoped that their customer service was as good as their products. I was pleasantly surprised that within hours of sending them an e-mail with a question about the vanity that I had installed, I received a call back. I was met with courtesy and professionalism, consistent with the quality of the vanity.
