I have been doing this consignment sale since the first one they have ever done. They are great folks to work with and very organized. The people price their own stuff. I have learned to price my items to sell. I love to shop it also. Find some good deals. If you haven’t been I would recommend it. Maybe shopping during the week because on Saturday’s there are a crowd and people do bring their kids.

I went to this sale, reluctantly, because I had been letdown by other consignment sales. All others I had been to were very overpriced, many used items being sold for more than I could buy new items off the clearance rack at Kohl’s, Carters, or elsewhere. I knew about this particular sale for about three years and had avoided it. But, I have four kids, and the oldest was needing a lot of cold weather clothes and I am shopping on a budget. So we went. I went at the end of the week on half off day. 90% of what I purchased was half price. So I paid very little for everything. My daughter loves plaid flannel shirts and we found a lot of those for $1.50 each. Which means, pre 1/2 sale, they were only $3.00. I would have paid that. It was very well organized still even after 5 previous days of people rummaging through it all. I bought two very nice winter jackets for my two youngest. I got a light weight Columbia jacket for my oldest for only $6.00. I’m telling you, prices were great! Whoever the consignors were realized that what they had was used, yes still in good condition, but not brand new. I was very pleased with how organized, neat, and affordable everything was. I’m even slightly considering being a consignor myself during the next sale.Edit: I just read the review before mine. While yes, I understand completely the frustration of having children running amuck and bumping into the elderly, this “review” option is to review the actual sale, not the customers. I took my 72 year old mother with me to this sale. I take her most everywhere with me. Her balance is poor because of a brain aneurysm that left her paralyzed on one side for a portion of her childhood. I am super protective of my mother. But instead of giving the sale a poor review, people should speak up and bring to the attention of the mothers whose children are being disruptive and disrespectful that their kids are acting in such a way. Many moms are willing to correct their children but are oft times distracted when shopping and they don’t notice. And if they do notice and do nothing, then attention should be brought to the workers of the sale so that they may attempt to fix the problem. I’m sure some items may have been over priced, but Everything we found was more than reasonable. I spent $89.00 and came home with a mountain of clothes for my kids that would have cost me hundreds. We also brought home a super awesome pair of practically brand new roller skates that were “grow with me” skates.
