Just bought a product from them and it was completely defective. Amaran 100d. Didn’t even offer an exchange. Just a bunch of explanation on how they will charge me 20% fees if its not returned perfectly. I’ve also tried to leave a 2 star review on the product on the website and they don’t let you. This place has fake reviews and doesn’t let you post 1 or 2 star reviews.

You don’t want to do business with these people if you care about being treated professionally. The customers service is some of the worst you’ll see in Los Angeles. While other businesses have modernized, they’re not able to solve legitimate issues for their customers and make up for their mistakes.
