Our experience with Filers Power Sports was excellent. Sales personnel were knowledgeable and respectful. Can Ams were well presented inside the show room and the discounts were excellent. We got a super deal on a beautiful machine. I spent a good amount of time walking completely around the shop and was really surprised by the good deals they had on other motorcycles as well. Delivery of our bike was seamless and we love our new CAN AM! Thanks to Paul at Filers for making it easy.

The worst service around. We have been there over 3 times in the past year or so, always thinking this time it will be different, but won’t make the same mistake again. Not one single time has anyone asked us if we needed help with anything. I understand not wanting to hassle customers but to not even get a simple “need help finding anything?” once in 3 plus times is unbelievable. It would be different if they were actually busy, but every time there are at least 3 employees sitting up front staring at their phones or just talking to each other, and no one even greets us when we walk in? We have tried multiple days of the week, so it isn’t just due to a “busy Saturday”- same thing will happen on a Tuesday evening with no other customers. Maybe we don’t look the part but we have a garage full of toys that we are always looking to get gear for. We always try Filers because it’s the closest to home, but to be completely ignored every time is insulting. The extra time it takes to drive somewhere else will definitely be worth it in my opinion.
