Kaylee delivered to us and was amazing. She even tried to say hello to my new clearly not yet ready for society pup! She was so sweet and kind. In talking with her she was looking for a low cost reliable vehicle. I love getting to know people who were put in your path for a reason. Seems one of Ferrellgas customers sold her a LEMON, I am hoping that person sees this post and Ferrellgas can also help her get a car from someone. I am sure she is a reliable and great employee who just wants to get to work! Thank you Ferrellgas for having such happy smiling people showing up at my home that I value and treasure.

I’ve been using them just over 2 years and this is now my 3rd issue with the company. Fees, poor customer service, and zero response. App seems like a waste, but they cleared my money rather quickly without delivery. Have been attempting to contact for the last 4 hours with no response. Online doesn’t work either. Will be switching companies shortly.

If you want bad customer service this is the place for you, long hold times, no answers, no callbacks. Prepare to be underwhelmed. There is a reason New York State passed a law just because of their ineptitude. Cheap but…….
