So you spend close to $1000 for a tub.. Not jetted.. and expect exceptional service.. Guess again.First we went here, only to be turned away because we didn’t have an appointment..I wish they would have told us when we called..Fine. Time wasted. So we made an appointment for the next day. At which time we identified our expensive tub, but we wanted to sleep on it, anticipating ordering at a later time wouldn’t be an issue..I was wrong.I called and the salesperson that helped us was unavailable, so I emailed her. I waited 2 days without reply and finally decided to attempt to order through whoever answered the phone.. Well I was successful, but it ended up being $70 more, for some reason they couldn’t find the amount quoted and then there was a $50 delivery fee and I had to wait 1.5 weeks.The icing to the whole situation is I could have bought it online from Wayfair and gotten free shipping, but I didn’t want it arriving damaged.Don’t buy from Ferguson’s
