The staff is very rude with no respect for their customers. Avoid this place if you can help it. The staff doesn’t deserve support if they won’t even let people with babies sit down while they wait their turn. They’ve limited their capacity to the number of sales people they have in the store so it takes forever to be seen even with the store 90% empty. So even if you don’t need their slimy salesmen, they make you deal with one tailgating you the whole time. This has nothing to do with covid but only to do with them forcing you to deal with their sales people. Its a joke.

Long wait and be ready to be skipped if you are not white. Horrible experience. Manager (Erica Lynn) needs to be retrained on customer service. Sadly if this represents Furgerson in Irvine.
