Stop using FedEx. Its nearly impossible to get to talk to a human when! Andwhen you do get to speak to a human they just apologize for there incompetentance! I’ve never had them actually help. Delivery and customer service are not there strong points. If at all possible avoid this company and save yourself a headache!!!
