Some strange rules for COVID. In order to ensure social distancing they only allowed 1 person per counter rep in the lobby (3) and made the line form outside, this in and of itself isn’t bad, just had to wait in line for 30 minutes to drop off a prepaid/prelabeled package. When I tried to just walk in to drop it off and leave, I was told I had to wait outside in line.

Good customer service. Sometimes I just do not have my label ready but have it on my phone and they always helping me print the labels. FYI: Walgreens are also open for fedex drop-off if this place pack.
