My packages constantly get hung up here. This time it’s a delivery exception – customer or service not available. Meaning they’re trying to deliver to me in a city I don’t live in. It took a phone call from me + a customer service agent calling them to figure out lubbock & my city in a different state (no name/zip code similarity) are different places. How does that even happen? 1 out of 4 packages that travel through this sorting facility end up with delivery exceptions. How does that even happen?
