How simple are you people to where you can’t read numbers on a house. You already have 2 claims actively open of missing packages now you deliver my $1400 part to the wrong house again. The delivery drivers consistently deliver my package to the wrong address. I get the same package delivered every two weeks from Chewy, and two out of the last five have gone missing. When you call in a complaint with the customer service line, you’ll eventually get a call from the office itself where they’ll tell you that they’ll follow up with the drivers, but nothing ever comes of it. I know they know where my address is, because I do get the package some of the time. This is prescription food for my cat that he’ll die without, so when they misplace my package, I have to spend extra money to get emergency food from the vet, which leads to more money out of my pocket because they refuse to do their jobs properly.
