Please believe all of the reviews about the drivers lying about “attempting delivery”. My driver did the same when he knows that he never came to my apartment. How do you attempt delivery without ringing someone’s bell? Liar. I paid for 2 day shipping which would have been yesterday. It is the next day almost 4 pm, still no package. This place is so unorganized and inconsiderate.

Staff are looking strangers, not giving any basic information, and not helpful at all. I need to send some emergency injection to save my aunt life, but they refused to do it. It’s terrible experience.

Security was great! He assisted everyone with social distancing outside and when to come inside. He also helped with pointing me in the right direction of getting boxes, since it was my first time at this location. My customer service rep was also amazing. She was very friendly and I didn’t feel rushed because their was a holiday line behind me. Best feeling ever!
