Terrible service. Don’t want to scrutinize anyone specifically because I know, through experience with FedEx as a whole, it is not very good. Even if it cost a dollar or 2 extra I will use a better courier in the future.

Terrible service！I waited for the express at home all day,but nobody called me, and I didn’t hear anyone knock the door(I was definitely sure that there was no problem with my phone or signal) when I checked online, it showed me delivery exception customer not available. They just stuck a door tag in my door!
