If I could give zero stars I really and truly would!!! I am home waiting for my package and they came into the building delivered to my neighbor, and not even ring the bell or leave a door tag! 15 mins later, I get a message that I was not home or business closed! I don’t understand why companies continue to use your services! Every single time I have to go through this when FedEx delivers, especially in this damn area! Do your jobs!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Delivery guy never delivered my package nor did he he leave any notice of the attempt. I stayed home all day only to find out my package was being held from last week and.the next.day would.be the last day of them holding my package. FedEx gave me no notice of this and I believe this is a scam to steal packages. Delivery driver needs to be FIRED!!!!! for false claims of delivery attempts or just upright not delivering at all. I had to do a whole investigation to find my package because of this horrible communication of FedEx and the laziness of a drivers.

The Mount Vernon location needs new workers! Workers that will actually do their job. Any packages that come through the Mount Vernon location NEVER gets delivered. They constantly LIE, stating no one answered the door or no one was home. Try ringing the bell or knocking on my door, for I’m home. This literally happens for ALL my packages that come through this location. Something needs to be done! Fed Ex you’re paying people for not doing their job. We the people deserve a better system than this!!!
