I went in to return a package back to the sender and not only were they not able to print my shipping label, they also did not have packing tape in order to tape the label on there. WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING FACILITY DOESN’T HAVE PACKING TAPE?? I have never walked into one that doesn’t have such a basic necessity. I also had to go print out my label at a different location and then come back. I then proceeded to ask “Do you sell packing tape here?” In which I was directed to the proper isle and had to buy packing tape to simply put the label on. I understand the sales tactics of this between Walgreens and FedEx but HOW do you not have something as simple as tape for your customers yet you sell tape in the store?? Absolutely ridiculous.
