Drop a big size package at this center today and the service staff reject to accept it because of the package is too big. And told us rule is rule they can’t do anything. We know the rule, but at least you should help customer to figure out how to resolve the issue, not only tell them you can’t accept it because of the rule! This is not the right way to do business!

First experience was like Groundhog Day, only stuck in the first day of work. Receipt printed didn’t even have the tracking number although they “pointed it out”. Had to go back for a reprint. Second transaction was incomprehensible rudeness. “Like I said” is not something you say when you work customer service. I would give zero stars if the survey allowed. I would go 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this place, and suggest you do the same.

Customer service Simone was very rude, lazy and incapable. I went to this office to pick up package. She gave me a package that had a wrong name AND a wrong tracking number. I pointed that out to her and she just shrugged it off and said that the package had not arrived. I pointed out the email saying that the package was ready for pick up, she just rudely claimed that she looked everywhere and that was nothing else she could do and that the email was wrong and I should go home and wait. I insisted that she checked again and she finally found my package. She said the Chinese last names look similar and so she could not tell who. I was very offended and pointed out how lazy and incapable she was. She yelled at me back. So I would report her to the management. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated.
