I have been going to this FedEx for at least 20 years before it even was FedEx I just email my documents and they print them for me. Veronica today couldn’t find my email an instead of just resending it she wanted me to go print my own which then I would have to re download to my phone along with go self serve when I’m in a hurry just wanted to pick up 5 pages to be printed but since she didn’t want to be inconvenienced she made me go to self serve. Veronica is lazy and don’t want to help Customers she wants you to do it yourself. That’s fine I will self serve going forward because why pay her when we could do it ourselves I would just eliminate that position.

I do not use the services of fedex often. When I do I am helpless. I try to use the machines on my own but, luckily, there is Jacqueline. She is the employee that any business would be very fortunate to have: Always, unfailingly willing to help. Knowledgeable, quick and as professional as is possible.
