Today I when to return a package through Fed ex since it was originally shipped through them. I didn’t know what was need in order to complete the process. The man behind the counter made condescending remark about my misinformation and told me I would have to pay for it as if I was trying to rip them off. I felt attacked throughout the whole process. There were just 2 staff in the Sausalito FedEx store today, a Saturday. I was very impressed with the way they both worked as efficiently as possible to help everyone waiting, with new customers arriving all the time. The manager, Gee, was particularly helpful in getting my materials printed in oversized paper. He remained professional and courteous throughout a very busy afternoon. I am grateful for their attitude towards customers who had been standing in line for some time.
