Avoid this location at all costs. When I attempted to ship a few packages, the staff asked me to open each box, unwrap the packaging and “show them what’s inside” every box. I’ve never had that happen before. Rather than go through my packages on the counter for them for no clear reason I left and shipped the taped up packages at the FedEx on College with no issues or weird search requests.

Older African American Woman with glasses, is always displaying a negative attitude with her mannerisms and tonality when speaking with customers. She is always so quick to say no, vs displaying customer service and finding a solution.
