Employees are hit and miss here. I have had some great experiences and some not as good and I think that depends on who you work with and how insane it is that day. For the most parts all my photo posters have been printed good. Calling to talk to someone half the time I get put on hold forever or it just rings forever. You can get what you need done, just don’t go with high hopes.

Positives: Open until 8:00pm which is surprising, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, a decent selection, fairly friendly cashiers, and nobody following you to offer help with anything. Negatives: Nobody comes out to see if you need help at all- you can ask for help, I’m sure, but it would be good if someone asked once if you were looking for anything or if you needed help with anything. Also, they only had one cashier for checking out merchandise and 4 for helping print shipping labels- buying 1 small plaque took a lot longer than it should have because I had to pay for it separately, waiting in line a second time (the first line was to ship a package, & it didn’t take long- 1 person was ahead of me), but the item purchase took a minute. They could have added a self checkout kiosk (which they had for paying for printing and card reloading), or had someone able to run the checkout counter and the shipping counter. The employees were friendly enough and there was a decent selection of items (obviously some were overpriced). The store had a lot of good features, such as a self-printing FedEx label station and the printers, copiers and faxes they are known for. They had different kinds of paper and different card stock (some cute designs were on sale), and stick on labels in a few shapes (round, square, bottleneck, etc.) But I couldn’t find large labels for printing things like post office, UPS, and fedex labels. They have a big machine for making very large banners and advertisements, as well as samples of business themed boxes and envelopes, which will be useful in the future. There were also Square payment plug-ins, chargers and wireless Qi charging devices (including a desk lamp that was very affordable & great if you can use it!), and a lot of calendars, notebooks, and non-fiction books to read.
