Want good service when you’re sending something? The staff – so helpful, so nice, and they can really feel that your welcome. There’s a lots of technical stuff there, and if you feel totally stupid to print a copy (like I do), they help you all the way through.

I walked in and there were three people standing in two different lines. The floors were clearly marked for each of the THREE lines. I selected the line that had no customers and when my turn came up. An employee named Alma proceeded to chastise me because I stood in the wrong line. I told her that there were three marked spaces for lines and that there were people in each line. She then had the nerve to tell me that she was not going to help me before the other people that were there before me. She seriously needs to find another job where she does not deal with people.
